Does Blenheim Drums have a shop?

No. Blenheim Drums an online service and visits to the workshop are only possible for dropping off or collecting drums/kits for restoration and repair etc. Personal callers cannot be admitted.

What’s the best way to get in touch?

Initially via the ‘contact’ page, then via email. Blenheim Drums does not have any strict operating hours because of various musical and tech commitments, there is not always someone to answer telephone calls whereas emails will always get a response.

Are all the items for sale new?

No, occasionally I do get ‘NOS’ (New, Old, Stock) items which are usually in very good condition compared to used items, but the vast majority of the items for sale are used and will, therefore show reasonable signs of use.

How do I pay for the items I want?

Send a message via the ‘contact’ page stating what items you want, your shipping address and PayPal email so I can send you an invoice.

How are purchases dispatched?

Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail standard services (UK), larger items and all overseas orders are sent via tracked/insured courier. Deliveries are normally completed 7-21 working days from purchase depending on distance.

If an item is returned within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition as it was shipped by Blenheim Drums, we offer a full refund on the item minus the cost of postage and packaging. Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser.
